If an event is canceled by the host, the event status will be updated within the platform and attendees will be notified. Eligible refunds will be processed according to the host’s refund policy and platform guidelines, with payments returned through the original payment method.
If an event significantly differs from the information provided in the listing, attendees may submit a complaint through the platform within 7 days of the event date. Each submission will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with LWO policies.
Received an item that was damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered? Contact the seller within 7 days of delivery. If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, LWO Support may assist in reviewing the matter and determining the appropriate next steps.
All marketplace orders include shipment tracking through our shipping partner. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, you may contact the seller and submit a support request for assistance with locating, replacing, or resolving the order.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment platforms. Payment information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by LWO. Transactions are encrypted and processed using industry-standard security measures.
Seller payouts are held during a buyer confirmation period following delivery. Once the confirmation period has passed and all platform requirements have been met, funds are released to the seller’s connected Stripe account. This process helps protect both buyers and sellers while maintaining marketplace trust and accountability.
